Welcome

Wymondham and AttleboroughTalking Newspaper is one of a number of independently-run Talking Newspaper (TN) groups in Norfolk, of which there are more than 500 across the UK.

A group of volunteers produce a weekly local news and information service in audio format for blind and partially sighted people in and around Wymondham and Attleborough. The service is free and is also available to those for whom reading a newspaper is difficult because of a disability or health condition. We concentrate on local news for the area including Hethersett, Mulbarton, Bunwell, Hingham, New Buckenham, Old Buckenham, not forgetting Attleborough and Wymondham and the surrounding villages.

Coronavirus/Covid-19 Update

Updated August 2021

So far we have been able to deliver weekly news recordings by mail as usual, and have not missed an edition. We will continue to do this for as long as we are able.

If you have not received a wallet in the post, it is possible to listen to the latest news, or magazine from this site.

You can listen to our editions on-line in other ways.

Our editions are available as podasts, from a dedicated app for Apple or Android phones and tablets, and also via Alexa-enabled devices.

Go to How To Listen On-Line for more information.

Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer the 'Listen by telephone' service.
